S — Situation

Caregivers are exhausted.

Long shifts. Short staffing. Missed breaks. Early mornings that come too soon and nights that don’t end when the shift does. Nurses show up every day for everyone else—often running on very little sleep and even less time to themselves.

Coffee has always been part of how we get through it. We support so many other brands, it was time for us to have our own!

B — Background

The Drip Line Coffee was created by a nurse, Daniele Hill, who understands what it means to keep showing up—even when you’re tired, stretched thin, and carrying more than most people ever see.

Daniele isn’t just a nurse. She’s also a mom, an aunt, a friend, and so much more. She loves caring for people, especially other nurses, and knows firsthand that caregivers are taught how to take care of everyone else—but not always how to take care of themselves.

In healthcare, we anticipate needs, manage crises, and adapt on the fly. What we don’t always get is maintenance, care, and a little humor that only we understand.

A — Assessment

Caregivers need support too.

Not in big, complicated ways—but in small, meaningful moments. A pause. A steady cup of coffee.  A cute mug, fun apparel, a sassy sticker. Something familiar that understands the rhythm of healthcare life.
